the breakfast was acceptable, it had a good choice and nice food.
i was not happy about the room location. it was in another building across the street and it was not shown on the pictures. the air conditioning did not work properly, i had to play with the remote control every time.

i really enjoyed my visit. the reception staff, they were very friendly and helpful. housekeeping provided a good daily service, thats great. breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, a great start. i even had a massage at the spa, and it was very nice, thats great.
i noticed a small stain on one towel, nothing big.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They quickly provided an extra pillow upon request. the daily room cleaning was excellent. the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. the coordinator checked in daily to ensure i had everything i needed.
I noticed that the hotel lacked shampoo and conditioner. Bringing these items would improve convenience. some soap was provided, but not those additional toiletries.

The hotel features a spa. spoke very highly of it. la'rena beach is affiliated with the hotel. lucky monkey is good, and offers a really nice day.

The room included tea and coffee facilities, along with water, a balcony, and a tv. rooms are cleaned daily. Bedding is changed each day. a mini-fridge and safety lock are also standard. We loved the amenities.
